A senior planning and development management specialist within private, Government and not-for-profit sectors, Scott Searle strives to facilitate positive outcomes through a collaborative and proactive approach. Scott provides leadership and strategic project outcomes backed by almost 20 years delivering for past employers and current clients alike.

He has extensive experience across many disciplines:

• interpreting complex information and conveying it to a broad audience
• master planning and structure plans
• determination of development opportunities
• management of multi-disciplined working groups
• project management
• negotiation and facilitation.

Scott has delivered multiple significant projects throughout South Australia including the recent national award winning Lendlease development Blakes Crossing. Other recent projects under Scott’s development management include but are not limited to:

• Angus Estate (Mansfield Park) – 110 lots
• Adore Mt. Barker Land Developments – (c. 300 lots)
• Wallaroo Shores Resort operated by Mantra – 100 unit resort and function centre
• Wallaroo Shores Estate and Link Road – 330 lots, retirement and apartment buildings.

Scott enjoys a proven ability acting as a head Development Manager for Monopoly Property Group and was also the Senior DPM for Anglicare SA. Scott has delivered on development assessment services for the City of Onkaparinga while also assisting with planning and managing the demands of multiple entities within the BHP Billiton Olympic Dam project.

Scott also project managed the City of Playford’s responses to multiple major projects making him a valuable asset when seeking desirable outcomes from planning approvals through Council, to mitigating development risks through effective civil and construction management.
