Involved in the property industry for almost 40 years, Tod Initially ran his family’s Sydney real estate agency, one of the oldest in the eastern suburbs.

• Tod established the Northern Territory’s first Property Buyer’s Advocacy in Darwin – trading since 2007.
• Representing many interstate and overseas investors, areas of expertise include site acquisition for development, new and existing dwellings and management.
• The company then became involved in site acquisition solutions in Sydney for Aged Care and Retirement and currently works with a core group of 8 significant Aged Care and Retirement providers.
• Tod has created a team of individuals who are currently involved in 20 projects over 5 states including the NT.

Tod’s impressive profile in the Aged Care industry sees him working consistently with Opal, IRT and The Salvation Army, to name a few. Tod continues to be an integral part of facilitating the best introductions between entities to obtain the best synergies for all stakeholders involved.
