Malcolm Cameron

Malcolm has been in the development industry for over 20 years and has worked for a number of award winning national development companies such as Delfin and Lendlease (Delfin) where most recently he was State Design and Planning Manager, South Australia. Prior to this, Malcolm was also State Design Manager at AVJennings in South Australia and a member of the Lensworth (Stockland) Design Team where he was involved in many projects across Australia.

Malcolm has extensive design experience and has been involved in a number of large master-planned communities and small scale developments from both design through to and including implementation. This has given Malcolm a unique and broad range of skills that provide a deep understanding of the nuances of development and is an important factor in helping to deliver market leading design solutions that also secure desired financial outcomes.

As part of Malcolm’s broad range of skills, is his ability to create innovative housing solutions for a range of allotment types that helps to deliver exciting products and streetscapes.

Malcolm’s passion to ‘create place’ is the driving force behind his desirability to provide design solutions that satisfy the wants and needs of the people who build these places and those who will call them home.
